This company has some of the best customer service ever. The guys who did the actual moving were great: nice guys and hard workers. Then the company went above and beyond to make sure that the move went well and I was completely happy with the outcome. This level of service and accountability is rare.

I honestly had no troubles at all with Eco Movers, from the price, to the safety of my boxes and furniture. Just had everything packed and accessible, and the entire move was done within a few hours. They even took the door off the hinges at my new place to make the furniture fit so we wouldn't have to bring it back.

Such a great experience!!! Moving is always so much (especially solo) and I wasn’t even fully ready but they were so helpful and so supportive as I frantically finished packing and just got to work and always checked if things were ready before taking them away. I’m so grateful for this team. I have moved with them before (up and down three flights of stairs!) and I alway will move with them in the future. Thank you, Ecomovers!!!!!

Eco moving was very flexible in scheduling the unloading of my rental truck.Weather and other factors required adjustments which the were able to accommodate. The crew showed up right on time and worked quickly and efficiently to store my belongings in my storage unit. I’ll be moving into a new home soon and will definitely contact Evo for this move.

First they were not able to make an appointment but gave a rather big range, such as afternoon from 12 to 5. Then the movers were young, inexperienced, and rather unprofessional; they broke one of my bookshelves, even after I warned them that it was on a flimsy side. I had these bookshelves many years, and they moved with me 3 times, and never got broken until now. In the reply below the company says how cheap this bookshelf was, what kind of an excuse is that! Every bookshelf these days is make like this, and I couldn't buy a replacement bookshelf for under $50! That company is disrespectful of people's hard earned stuff. They chipped the veneer on a vintage piece of furniture and then they said it was like that, which it wasn't! They lied, and because I didn't notice it right away it's their word against mine. They gave me $50 discount for breaking the bookshelf which doesn't help me to get a replacement bookshelf because A they are all more expensive delivered and I don't have a vehicle to go pick one up at the thriftstore or a yard sale, and B their bill is so big that the $50 is just a drop in an ocean and it's not like it's actual money that I can use to buy the bookshelf. They wouldn't pay for repair of the chipped veneer. They are horrible, don't hire them.
