DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! They sent 2 of the slowest movers I've ever seen. They moved a 1 bd apt in 8 HOURS. That's insane! They will milk the clock so they can charge you more. I literally had to tell the guys to go faster and they just ignored me.In one hour, to a 2nd floor apt where the walk was less than 100 ft from the truck to the door, they moved in 1 chair, 1 small standing desk and 5 boxes. You can't tell me they weren't milking the clock to get more $! Pictures will show you how terrible of a job they did. They didn't wrap our mattress enough so it was soaked from sitting in the rain for who knows how long. Fragile boxes were just thrown places and stacked with heavy boxes on top of them. My TV was completely exposed on the back and not wrapped properly. At one point, I had to ask where the 2nd guy was bc I hadn't seen him in an hour.The 2nd part of this (and perhaps the worst part of it) is the owner, Dmitriy Satir. I called the office (which is closed on the weekends by the way - no one on call - no supervisor to reach DURING my move which is not professional or industry standard) and left multiple voicemails and sent more than one email with pictures to their generic email address. No personal email or phone number to contact them directly. They wouldn't want you to be able to do that! My move was on a Saturday so when Monday afternoon rolls around and I still hadn't heard a single word from them, I decided to call again. I finally get an answer after trying 3-5 times and Lisa, the front desk lady, proceeded to tell me that they had, in fact, discussed my situation in their morning meeting and that Dmitriy would get back to me this afternoon with an email. AN EMAIL?! After your employees destroyed my things and charged me $1400 for a 1bd move that didn't even include packing, unpacking, or setting anything up. Short of one TV that needed to be dismounted, they literally just loaded and unloaded. 8 hours. I worked in the moving industry for 3 years and this move should've taken 6 hours tops. But they were slow and didn't care.So imagine the level of anger I achieved when I learned the "owner" was too scared to handle his business and hid behind his email address. If you weren't in the wrong, why ignore me for so long and not call me? He never actually picked up the phone and talked to me but then he offered me $100 to cover the cost of my destroyed mattress. He hides behind his "customer service" email bc he's too concerned about making videos and podcasts about an industry he clearly knows nothing about.So of course I was furious for being treated this way and was very vocal about it bc they literally told me they ignored me and then tried to gaslight me into thinking I'm the crazy, irrational one when it's my things that I'm paying $1400 for HIS employees to destroy. Anyone would be mad if there was no ownership of the mistake and then was deliberately ignored for days. Had I not reached out, they would've avoided me forever. Try avoiding this guys!!5 star reviews are bought by owner and are fake!!!!!!!!!! Why do you need to give a discount in exchange for a 5 star review if your service isn't terrible!!

First they were not able to make an appointment but gave a rather big range, such as afternoon from 12 to 5. Then the movers were young, inexperienced, and rather unprofessional; they broke one of my bookshelves, even after I warned them that it was on a flimsy side. I had these bookshelves many years, and they moved with me 3 times, and never got broken until now. In the reply below the company says how cheap this bookshelf was, what kind of an excuse is that! Every bookshelf these days is make like this, and I couldn't buy a replacement bookshelf for under $50! That company is disrespectful of people's hard earned stuff. They chipped the veneer on a vintage piece of furniture and then they said it was like that, which it wasn't! They lied, and because I didn't notice it right away it's their word against mine. They gave me $50 discount for breaking the bookshelf which doesn't help me to get a replacement bookshelf because A they are all more expensive delivered and I don't have a vehicle to go pick one up at the thriftstore or a yard sale, and B their bill is so big that the $50 is just a drop in an ocean and it's not like it's actual money that I can use to buy the bookshelf. They wouldn't pay for repair of the chipped veneer. They are horrible, don't hire them.

Dmitriy and his coworker did an incredible job. They safely, speedily, and efficiently moved several heavy items for me and the price was VERY reasonable. I highly recommend this team. Shout-out to Lisa, who I spoke to on the phone, who basically walked me through every step and was great at communication and keeping me informed. Everyone I interacted with was very professional, so thanks a ton to the people at PNW movers, y'all were the least stressful part of my move.

Recently had a move with PNW moving. I’m giving them two stars because they showed up late, they were scheduled to be there between 8am-10am and got there around 1015 with no notice though I was supposed to have been sent a text when they were en route.When asked to wear shoe covers in the new house, they declined and said it “would add several hours” to the move.They scratched my kitchen table. I was told I would get a call Monday (4/8) about this and have yet to receive any communication regarding this even though we did notify the movers and they took a picture and said they notified the appropriate people at their company.They left a lot of marks on the walls while moving. Luckily, we were able to wash them off but it shouldn’t have happened.They got the job done but I wouldn’t use them again and I wouldn’t recommended them.

In fact, they were so efficient with their time that my final cost ended up coming in at $300 below my initial quote. Lisa with their scheduling office was also great to work with, and was able to accommodate a last minute reschedule. I’d definitely book this service again.

THE WORST MOVERS/MANAGEMENT I CAN IMAGINE.RUN from this company. One of the two movers disappeared for more than a half hour. Then I walked in on him sitting on my toilet _NAKED_. When I called the company, after getting the run-around for hours, a manager said I was just upset because ‘men and women handle these things differently’. The owner of the company then accosted me at my new apartment and threatened to call the cops on me for asking for a discount due to this inappropriate behavior. He also said the mover wasn’t naked, he had just “pulled his pants down and taken off his shirt.” I asked him if he would only have been considered naked if he took his shoes off… He fought with me and threatened to call the police numerous times, until the mover said he hadn’t asked permission to use the toilet, at which point the owner agreed to give me a one hour discount for both movers. This did nothing to limit the trauma of the day, which had already taken significantly longer than promised, and with both conflict and nudity.I was relieved when they were finally gone, until I found that almost everything I own was unloaded into a massive pile in the center of my living room, despite room labels on boxes and furniture. Boxes for bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and living room, and almost all of my furniture were just a massive jumble - a mountain in the center of one room. A couch was broken, and boxes labeled “fragile” and “this end up” were stacked upside down with heavier items on top of them. The whole thing was a nightmare.If I knew then what I know now, I’d pay twice as much just to avoid it.

I spoke with Paul in regard to a quote for moving furniture from our main floor-including our bedroom upstairs to the bonus room because we are having hard wood floors installed/refinished and walls painted. Paul was excellent in his recommendations and providing information for me to research in choosing a moving company to handle our specific move. My concern was ensuring the quality, skill, professionalism and care for our furniture items by the movers. Paul removed all concerns - which is the main reason I chose PNW Moving and Delivery. The movers, Roman, Isiah, and Matt, exceeded my expectations! These guys came with awesome attitudes, ready to work and took great care of my heavy, expensive furniture items. I am very pleased with their professionalism! This is part 1 of a 2-part move. Once the floors/walls are completed, I requested the same team to return to put everything back in place. The 2nd part of the move will be even more sensitive to ensure the hard woods and walls are not damaged returning all items to original place.

We hired four movers from the company to help us move cities. They are super fast and extremely reliable in getting our stuff bundled up and moved to our new home safely. They talked us through every step, listened to all of my concerns regarding the furniture I needed moved and even when I expressed concern for their well being with the heavy stuff.
